Above-board. Legal. One primary at a time.

We’ve been here before. During Prohibition, every congressional election became a single-issue referendum. Congress used Article V to ratify the 21st Amendment through state conventions — bypassing captured legislatures. Fastest constitutional repeal in history. That same urgency drives People Primaries. Our single issue: government belongs to the people, not the donor class.

The 1% bought Congress through the party-donor machine. K Street writes the rules. Party bosses protect incumbents. Workers pay the price. People Primaries is how we take it back — legally, locally, and one primary at a time. Executed properly, the major parties cannot stop it. We are the majority — and it only takes 2% of workers to defeat the machine.

Take over the incumbent’s primary — and if needed, both. They’ll call us names. We don’t care. They sold out American workers for decades. This is what the actual majority must do to defeat an entrenched machine.

Three-phase plan

Phase 1 — 2026–2028: Primary hijack

July 4, 2026 is Day 0 of Unleash US Workers. Flood low-turnout major-party primaries with community-chosen candidates who sign the Unleash US Workers Pledge. Deliver a Clean Slate Congress.

Phase 2 — First 100 days of 2029: Immediate relief

Pass the C.L.A.W.S. Act with real teeth — severe fines, criminal liability, and immediate penalties for any violation of NLRA Section 7 workers’ rights.

Phase 3 — Permanent constitutional restoration

Pass the 28th and 29th Amendments. Corporations are not people. Money is not speech. AI will never have constitutional rights. Term limits. No more donor-class capture.

District teams

In every congressional district, newly formed District Teams choose their own District Captain. Bottom-up, worker-led. No top-down appointments. No permission slips from party bosses.
