About the Author

Randell S. Hynes

Randell S. Hynes is a 33-year U.S. Army veteran, a former senior technology professional at AT&T, and the founder of the U.S. Workers Alliance.

His military service took him into high-stakes environments that honed the leadership and strategic discipline he now applies to a different front — and it was in uniform that he first learned to advocate for others, fighting for fellow soldiers and their families when the system that asked everything of them failed to deliver what it owed. After a 33-year career on the cutting edge of Internet technology, he entered the political arena in Nevada, where he identified critical gaps in worker representation: transportation workers who lacked essential skills and hesitated to advocate for themselves, electricians in the solar sector blocked from the non-union training required for a Nevada state license, and rideshare drivers whose livelihoods depended on corporate platforms that answered to no one. His advocacy and lobbying helped close those gaps. Clark County residents now have access to ready transportation within minutes — an option that became essential in an economy where car ownership moved out of reach.

When his own team of American workers was discarded and replaced by foreign workers, he refused to stay silent. What began as a personal fight against corporate betrayal became a national movement to restore the Republic to the people who actually built it.

In 2024, he served as the Nevada Campaign Manager for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential bid, leading the petition campaign to place Kennedy’s name on the Nevada ballot twice — once on a flawed petition that had to be challenged and corrected, and once with a corrected one — a double-duty effort that demonstrated the kind of grassroots organizing the major parties no longer attempt. The campaign’s core promise — ending profit-driven corporate control of the United States government — became the seed of the movement that follows.

Before founding the U.S. Workers Alliance 501(c)(4), he not only organized workers across industries but also spent over 20 years developing the practical tools and formulating the plan outlined in UNINCORPORĀTUS to give ordinary working Americans — the American Majority — a real path and the courage to take their government back.

He wrote UNINCORPORĀTUS not as a politician or an academic, but as a worker who has seen the system from the inside — the military that taught him service, the corporation that taught him betrayal, the campaign that taught him the machinery of politics, and the workers who taught him that the fight is not over.

Randell lives with his family in Nevada and continues to serve as a full-time advocate for the 170 million Americans who work for a living.
